I'm a relationship creator, adventurer, foodie, and community-driven ENFP living in the beautiful front range of Colorado, just outside of Boulder. I help build successful customers and growth for technology companies. I'm currently the Director of Customer Success at Kapost, a SaaS, cloud-based marketing content software. I lead the Customer Success team, ensuring our clients are successful, find value, and ultimately renew. I am passionate about customer success and have been in client facing supporting roles since 2008. By night I run two blogs, I'm the Boulder writer for Eater Denver and I manage Boulder Food News. I've been featured in Forbes' Top 100 Websites for Women, New York Magazine, Westword's Best Food Blog and as a continued resource and featured thought leader for women in technology. When I'm not hustling at work you can find me busting it out at Crossfit, finding peace at my favorite yoga studio, snowboarding the Rockies, laughing, cooking, happy hour-ing, reading, fly fishing, or exploring with my boyfriend and our two dogs.
